Storing of data and documents was the main challenge of the client and they needed a platform to manage the information of their clients, their vendors, their sites and their suppliers to ensure that when a site lease or a contract is about to expire, they can be notified ahead so that they can be renewed or terminated properly.
They also needed a a software that will notify the office when a tower or a device in the tower requires maintenance and who are the closest engineer to the site, the directions to the site and the devices that require maintenance.

After extensive elicitation and discussions with the staff of the office, we designed a bespoke system that allows the client to save information regarding all their clients, sites, equipments and vendors and to map a relationship on their functionalities with an in–built document management platform that stores documents related for all data categories.

After sharing and confirming the correctness of our design with the client, we went ahead to develop the solution that replicates the design carefully taking into consideration the user look and feel and the friendliness and ease of usage of the solution.
After which we had several beta testing sessions with the clients to confirm the functionalities of the solution as it relates to their business needs.

The solution was deployed with one year free cloud infrastructure for the client along with a training session to teach the users on how best to utilize the solution for maximum satisfaction with regards to the business needs of the client.
